For 25 years, the running community has supported the hungry of Fresno through their registrations and donations at the Fresno Turkey Trot.
What a great way to start your Thanksgiving! Run or walk on Thanksgiving morning and then eat your Thanksgiving feast guilt free. For 2024 we are offering finisher's medal, a long sleeve Thanksgiving shirt for all participants and a personal fruit pie. The 5K is chip-timed with awards to overall male and female winners and for those who place in age groups. The 2 Mile course is timed, but there are no awards.

Not just your donations, ALL OF THE NET PROCEEDS... Registration and Donations are distributed to our beneficiaries, SCE Scholarships, and other SCE Charitable Giving.
Race Day Registration
We offer on-line registration up to race start, but no cash or checks will be accepted.
There may be a limited supply of shirts for late registrations.

Avoid long lines on Thanksgiving morning by picking up your packet early on Wednesday
Race begins at 8:00am. We will be sending participants off in waves.
Please be at the start line and ready to go!
Awards will be available beginning at 8:30am at our "Grab & Go" awards table.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes, bring the whole family. The course is stroller friendly.
Kids 0-4 years old can come for free without a t-shirt or medal. T-shirts can be purchased for $12.
What about the DOG? ("Its a tiny dog")
As much as we love our canine friends, it is not safe to bring them to a small area with 3000 runners. So, for safety and insurance purposes, no dogs are permitted at the Fresno Turkey Trot... However, they will be welcome at the other races in our Holdiay Race Series (the Clovis Rudolph Run and Clovis New Year's Day 5k).

Awards will be available for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for the following Age groups:
1-10,11-19,20-29,30-39.40-49.50-59,60-69,70-79,80+
(Awards are for the 5k only, not the 2 Mile.)
