What is PSYKO GAMES?

A fun and challenging fitness competition. The DJ will be spinning the hottest tunes while you or you and your partner challenge your fitness level and sanity.

Who should participate?

Everyone! The GAMES are designed for anyone who can squat, push, lunge, push up, and sprint. 

What are the workouts?

The workouts will be released soon. Make sure to follow our social media sites and visit back to the site for more info.

The PSYKO GAMES 4 Virtual Competition will be identical to the in-person competition and instructions will be emailed 30 Days prior to the event.

DEADLIFT COMPETITION

Once the Bar is Loaded a command is given, you will walk up to the platform.  If the bar is crooked or anything if you want to roll it so it is straight that is okay to do. Approach the bar, be fully prepared, take your grip, and then lift the weight up.  

There is NO start command, you simply pull when you are ready.  You must lift the weight up and at the finish you must be standing straight, shoulders back (think shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles in a straight line; it is okay to lean back slightly) with your legs locked out.  

You must hold the bar at the top and wait for the “Down” Command.

Ramping is permitted. 

Weightlifting shoes are permitted.

Straps are not permitted.

Each lifter is given 1 attempt to perform 3 lifts within a total 10 minute max time. The heaviest lift is scored. 

The top two biological males and biological females will then have a liftoff. Each will have 1 attempts to perform 3 lifts within a total 12 minute max time.
