Description
Lawyers Have Heart is an annual 10K Race & 5K Run/Walk that promtes physical activity and heart health. For 24 years runners invilved in the legal world...private practice, corporate/in-house, government, and non-lawyer colleagues...have joined together, along with the American Heart Assocaition, to change teh heart health of the Greater Washington Region.
In 2014, 5570 runners from over 230 companies and organizations ran with their friends and families. This includes government teams from DHS, DOJ, and the State Department. Lawyers Have Heart is the largest 10K in Washington, D.C.
On Saturday, June 13, 2015 Lawyers Have Heart is turning 25! We are celebrating all year with special events related to heart health, including our first ever gala dinner happening on Tuesday, september 30, 2014.
