Description
The CORE Team along with clients, friends and family are coming together for the fourth annual Reindeer Run and Roll 5k presented by CORE, benefiting the CORE Foundation, Inc. Participants are encouraged to dress up in their most festive holiday gear as we run and roll the beautiful Seminole-Wekiva Trail.
ENTRY FEE:
Christmas in July! Sign up in the month of July to receive our Early Reindeer Registration Special: $30 includes race, t-shirt, and participant medal
On or Before November 15th: $35.00 and includes race, t-shirt, and participant medal
November 16th - December 6th: $35.00 race only
December 7th (Day of Registration): $40.00 race only
Extra event shirts will be sold for $20 while supplies last. Participant medals will be given out while supplies last. Limited supply.

EARLY T-SHIRT PICK UP
Early T-shirt pickup will take place at CORE from Wednesday, December 4th to Friday, December 6th from 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. or on race day at the race site from 7-8 a.m.
DAY OF EVENT SCHEDULE
7:00am - Check In Opens
8:00am - 5k Race Starts for hand cyclists, followed by runners, then walkers/rollers.
Post race, join us for a Parking Lot Party with fun festivities, music, and mimosas!
FAQ
When and where does the race take place?
Saturday, December 7th, 2024. The race course begins and ends in the CORE parking lot. Registration opens at 7 am. Race start time is promptly at 8 am.
How long is the course?
The 5K is 3.1 miles.
Who gets a T-shirt and medal?
Only pre-registered runners that successfully complete the registration and payment processes by November 15th are guaranteed a free race t-shirt. The remaining shirts are available for $20 until they run out. Also, day-of participants may face limited sizes and availability. Medals available while supplies last.
Can I participate in the event with my dog?
Sorry, as much as we love our pets too, the safety of participants is our main concern. Therefore, we do not allow pets on the course. Service animals welcome.
Can I participate with a stroller?
Yes, nurturing future generations of runners is a priority and demonstrating healthy lifestyles to our kids is important to us. Please plan to start in the latter part with the walkers.
What do I do with my personal items while I’m running?
Unfortunately for the safety of everyone participating there will be no gear drop-off area on race day. Please leave your belongings in your car or with a non-participant.
Should I bring my own water?
Yes. For the safety of everyone participating, runners are encouraged to bring their own water. However, we will provide one water station midway through the course.
How do I register?
We are doing our best to make registration and payment a contactless transaction for everyone. Please pre-register online at runsignup.com to make this possible. Otherwise, you can sign-up on race day.
How much does it cost?
During the month of July - Early Reindeer Special $30 and includes race, t-shirt, medal

I will be out of town on race day and not able to participate. Can I get my money returned?
Upon registering for the event you will have the option to purchase insurance priced at $2.99-$5.00. If you purchased insurance you can receive a refund. We appreciate your race registration, but we are unable to issue refunds or transfer registration. We are not in a position to credit your credit card or issue checks.
Will the race be held if it's raining?
The last three years the weather has been PERFECT! However, the race is a "rain or shine" event. All participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather, such as in a raincoat or hat.
Can I transfer my entry to someone else?
We have a NO TRANSFER policy. All participants must sign their own waiver.
Where do I park?
Free parking is available at CORE and along the nearby side streets of Adams St. and Harwood Ave.. The race starts and ends at the same location. Accessible parking is limited, but there is a drop-off station directly in front of CORE.
