• Add on fun new packages with your registration. Get one or all three! Add-ons will be picked up at packet pick-up unless you choose packet shipping.
  • Santa Hustle Mrs. Claus Package: Add on the Mrs. Claus package during registration for only $19.95! It will include a Red Tutu, Arm Warmers, Candy Cane Socks, and Santa Hustle Tattoos!
  • Full Santa Suit: Add on a Full Santa Suit for only $14.95. It will include a Santa Jacket with Belt, Santa Pants, Hat and Beard.

PRE-RACE PACKET PICK-UP

Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up will be available on Thursday November 30th and Friday December 1st. Please double check all locations and times below as they vary. 

THURSDAY

• DATE: Thursday, November 30, 2023
• TIME: 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.
• LOCATION: Road Runner Sports: Downers Grove (1532 Butterfield Rd, Downers Grove, IL 60515)
• Special Road Runner Sports offer for race participants during packet pickup: Join VIP and receive $10 instant Rewards Cash. Existing VIP members will receive DOUBLE Rewards Cash.

FRIDAY

• DATE: Friday, December 1, 2023
• TIME: 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.
• LOCATION: Navy Pier: Inside Door 10, Second Level (600 E Grand Ave, Chicago, IL 60611)

RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP

• Date: December 2nd
• Time: 7:30 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.
• Location: Inside Navy Pier Second Level
  • **PPU & Registration will close exactly at 8:45 a.m. – Santa says to come early and be prepared for long lines!**

*If you are unable to attend Packet Pickup on the Thursday or Friday before the race, it will be reserved for you on Race Day for a $5.00 fee. There is a $5.00 fee per packet, per paid participant. To avoid paying this fee, please attend Packet Pickup in person the day prior, or send a friend with a copy of your race barcode.

PACKET SHIPPING

• Make your life easier this holiday season and skip the lines! All you need to do is choose the packet shipping option during registration and Santa will have your race packet shipped directly to your front door for only $14.95! Your packet includes your race shirt, bib, and more!

REFUNDS

• Since Santa Claus has many upfront costs, we have a strict and uniform policy of no refunds or exchanges, no person-to-person transfer, or no deferrals to a future year. We do understand that plans change, injuries happen, and various holiday festivities and situations arise, but, we feel it is most fair to apply a uniform policy to all, instead of a subjective line of who should receive a refund and who doesn’t. All purchases and sales are 100% final, no exceptions. Refunds will not be issued based on weather conditions and/or pandemics. Santa appreciates your understanding in this matter.
