Mesker Park Zoo & Botanic Garden’s Dash for Donna 5K and One-Mile Fun Walk

Let's Dash for Donna to support our zoo! This 5K and One-Mile Fun Walk is wildly popular because of the unique course - the beautiful and hilly terrain at the zoo! The 5K competitors will have their time recorded via chip timers and awards will be given to the top three finishers in each category.

5K begins at 7 am (runners) 5K (walkers) begins at 7:30 am; One-Mile Fun Walk begins at 8 am

The One-Mile Fun Walk is something all ages and fitness levels will enjoy. (July 25th is Family Fun Day and is PACKED with special activities! All participants receive FREE zoo admission for the day.)
Complete the online registration process by 7/15/15 to be guaranteed a t-shirt. Race Day registration increases the fee by $5.00 per participant and does NOT guarantee a t-shirt. (T-shirt availability not guaranteed for any registrations received after 7/15/15 - Any remaining T-shirts will be first come, first serve for those registering after 7/15/15 - when they're gone--they're gone!)
Dash for Donna was started to honor the memory of Donna the Hippo, Mesker Park Zoo & Botanic Gardens most famous resident. Donna delighted zoo visitors from 1956 until her passing in July 2012. Supporters of Dash for Donna helped make the new playground and memorial to Donna a reality. THANK YOU!
