Rise up, lace up, and run for a cause! Join us for the Phoenix 5K Run benefiting the Humane Society of Harford County. We're kicking off this year's event at a brand-new location, Poplar Grove Park, with a morning of fitness, community, and second chances!

Whether you're a seasoned runner chasing a personal best or simply looking for a fun way to support animals in need, this race is for you.

Every registration directly supports the lifesaving mission of the Humane Society of Harford County, helping provide shelter, medical care, and second chances to thousands of animals each year. Just like the Phoenix rising, every animal deserves the opportunity for a new beginning.

Enjoy a great race atmosphere, community spirit, and our post-race Winner's Circle celebration recognizing our top finishers!

Leashed dogs are welcome but must be friendly, well-socialized, and comfortable around other dogs and people to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone. 🐾🏃‍♀️

Additional race-day details will be shared with registered participants closer to the event.
