Lace up your sneakers and join us for the HER 5K, where every step helps change the story for women and young girls around the world. All proceeds go to Convoy of Hope’s Women’s Empowerment programs—providing tools, training, and support to help women and girls break the cycle of poverty, build sustainable futures, and discover their God-given value.
As we run, we’re helping connect women and girls to the love of Jesus and the strength of a local church, reminding them they’re not alone and their story isn’t over.

The HER 5K will be held on the C&O Canal Towpath in Williamsport, MD. This event is geared towards walkers and runners. Going the distance together— we would love to encourage you to carpool to the HER 5K and connect with friends!

Race Address & Parking
Parking is available in the following lots, first come first served:
- Riverbottom Park (1979 US-11 Williamsport, MD)
- Cushwa Basin (205 West Potomac St. Williamsport, MD) If parking in the Cushwa Lot, walk over the pediatrian bridge and you will see Riverbottom Park/Packet Pick Up
Once lots are full, park in the Town of Williamsport and walk to the start area. Please plan enough time to park, walk, use the bathrooms, etc.
