Seaside Santa Dash

Hello Runners, thank you for recently registering and joining us for the 12th Annual Weirs Motors 5K/10K & Elf Dash presented by Cross Insurance & Maine Community Bank. The race is  Saturday December 20, 2025 at FEDERAL JACK’S, 8 Western Ave, Kennebunk, ME 04043. 

We are looking to have a JOLLY GOOD TIME.  Here is a bit of info to help with your race and post race activities for the SANTA DASH- 5K / 10K and Elf Dash. 
 

PACKET PICK UP and DAY of REGISTRATION:
 

PACKET PICK UP is at FEDERAL JACK’s  Friday (12/19) 4:30PM-6:30PM.  If you are in the area and can pick up Friday it makes it much easier for your checking in.  If you registered prior to 11/1/25 then you’ll be receiving a Santa suit at check in. The morning of the race - Packet Pick up is from 8AM-9:15AM.  Please do not wait until 9:15AM to show up for check in.  Federal Jack’s will be open and you can grab some coffee and snacks as well as stay warm prior to the race.  There will be on-site registration available as well for those who have not pre-registered. (Cash or check)

RACE TIME
WEIRS Motors Seaside Santa Dash 5K & 10K = 10AM  Start. **Note - Stollers are welcome but please start at the back of the pack.

Kid's ELF Dash - right around 11AM.  This for 10 years and under.  This will start at the Start arch, run out on Doane’s Wharf Rd - UTurn and back to the finish.

RAFFLE: We will host a raffle with some great prizes to benefit our awesome volunteer partners, Sand Witches of Kennebunks, Seacoast Lions Club and the Community Gourmet.  The raffle tickets will be available for purchase at Friday’s Packet Pick up, during registration Saturday morning and at the after-party. 

TOYS FOR TOTS - Toys for Tots will be at the race and we are asking runners if they can, bring a small unwrapped toy and these will go to Toys for Tots.  We’ll have Toys for Tots bins for you to drop the unwrapped toy into. Thanks.

AWARDS and After-Party at Federal Jack’s. LIVE Music by Checkered Past.
Each runner (if of age) receives 2 Shipyard beers post race and LIVE misc will be played.  Music will start directly after the race.  

Hydration Station -  There will be SELF SERVICE hydration station on the course AND IS TO BE CONSIDERED SUPPLEMENTAL TO YOUR OWN HYDRATION/NUTRITION.  There will be water at the hydration station.  There will be water at the finish line too.

***Parking -Please see the attached a photo showing the different parking options in the Lower Village. *** There will be NO PARKING at Federal Jack’s during the event.  Here are some Options for parking.  There will be free parking at 169 Port Rd until 1:30PM and it is a short walk to Federal Jack’s.

We are asking runners of the Weirs Motors Seaside Santa Dash to bring an unwrapped toy to the race that we'll collect and donate toToys for Tots.  A Toys for Tots representative will join us at the race to bring the toys back to Toys for Tots.
