Detroit MOTTEP Foundation LIFE Walk & Run

For the past 28 years, something major has been happening in the city of Detroit.  Gift of Life MOTTEP, The Detroit MOTTEP Foundation, and Gift of Life Michigan, along with our Champion Sponsors throughout the years have been working together to save lives. Since its humble beginning in 1997 to promote National Minority Donor Awareness Day, Gift of Life MOTTEP has hosted its Annual Walk/Run on the beautiful Belle Isle Park in Detroit. 28 years later this event has grown into abundantly more than we could have imagined, an international event that features a cafe, health fair and so much more.  To date with over 1.3 million participants and thousands of lives being directly impacted and saved by the power of organ and tissue donation, LIFE Walk/Run is the largest and longest-running event of its kind in the State of Michigan.
