Description
This USATF certified event offers professional timing services, medals for runners in 12 different age categories, cash prizes for overall winners, great door prizes and refreshments.
The courses begin and end at the Home. Families, along with their children, are invited to participate in the 5K, 10K or 1.3 mile Poker Walk.
Volunteers help the Home’s Veterans participate in the walk by pushing wheelchairs. More than 60 Veterans participated in the walk in 2016.
