Tails & Trails Fun Run

The Billings Jaycees are hosting the 4th Annual Tails and Trails Fun Run to be held at Lake Elmo State Park on Saturday, September 9th, 2017. This non-qualifying fun run is being held to help support our animal community. We are determined to bring attention to our furry population awaiting adoption, while getting animal owners active with their pets. In the past three years, we have donated over $8,000 to our local shelters!

Adult registration is $25 until August 19th, 2017, and kids 13 and under are only $15. You may still register after August 19th, however registration increases by $10 and you are not guaranteed a T-Shirt or Bandana. Registration is per person, not per animal, and we are limiting the number of animals to 2 per adult.

Bring a donation and get entered into a drawing for a great prize! Items needed are: wet and dry cat and dog food, raw hides/bones, washable cat toys, durable squeaky dog toys, blankets (without stuffing or down padding).

Packet pick-up will be held on Thursday, September 7th from 4-8pm at Thirsty Street Brewing Company (3008 1st Ave N.) and on Friday, September 8th from 11am to 1pm in the lobby of the First Interstate Bank tower downtown (401 N 31st St.). Day of event packet pick-up will also be available from 8am until 8:45am.

The Billings Jaycees’ mission is to be a leadership organization that focuses on personal and professional development through civic engagement within the Billings community. Proceeds from event registration and any additional donations will go to our cause. The event will be comprised of a 2 mile or 5k run/walk and an optional obstacle course for our four-legged friends.
