The Free Run 5K will take place in historic Downtown Fayetteville, NC, and is designed to capture the true feeling of being FREE through movement.

Starting and finishing at North South Brewing Company, runners will take on closed city streets through the heart of downtown, passing iconic Fayetteville landmarks, including the historic Market House. Race packet Pick-Up will be 11-12 March 2pm to 7pm @ North South Brewing.

In person and Virtual runners will receive a T-Shirt and finisher medal. Virtual packets will be mailed 1-2 week before race day. 

More than just a 5K, the Free Run is about bringing people together. Whether you’re an experienced runner, just getting started, or simply looking for a reason to move, everyone has a place at the starting line.
