Event Description
Welcome to The Beer Run. Where your running buddies are your drinking buddies. Run (or walk) a 5K through a historic 1800's village and natural trails to cross the finish line into a craft beer festival featuring some of the best beer and eats NJ has to offer.
Your ticket includes race registration, 12 5 oz. pours from some of NJ’s best breweries, a tasting glass, and festival access with live music, lawn games, food trucks, and more.
Don’t feel like running? Grab a Beer Fest Only ticket and cheer on your crew at the finish line instead. Designated Driver tickets are also available for those who don’t wish to indulge and get their friends home safe.
Early Bird registration is open until Friday, 2/27 at 11:59 PM.
We proudly purchase all of the beer from our participating breweries to support their business and the local craft beer community.
NJ ABC laws state that all attendees must be 21+ to attend. This includes infants and small children in carriers. Please enjoy responsibly.

Sorry, but all aspects of the event are 21+. No children are allowed inside the event area under any circumstances per ABC rules.
All participants receive race registration, 12 5 oz. pours from participating breweries, a tasting glass to keep, and the post-race festival with live music, food trucks, vendor village, & more.

We have Beer Fest Only tickets available if you'd rather stay behind and cheer your friends on at the finish line.
Yes, all aspects of the events are 21+. Your ID will be checked at entry. Anyone under the age of 21 or without proper ID will not be admitted into the event. Any person found to be underage will be asked to leave immediately by security and will not be given a refund. This includes small children.
Yes! Both to run the race and for the festival only. We encourage all groups to have a designated driver. They will receive a different color wristband and are welcome to enjoy the day and have non-alcoholic beverages.
The Beer Run is rain or shine. We'll have a tent over the beer garden if the weather turns but the show goes on!
Sorry, no refunds. All sales are final.
For runners, the race is 5K. The walker route is 2 miles.
No, dogs are not allowed on the course, but they are welcome in the event area on leash only.
Yes, unless the race reaches capacity. If tickets are avaialble, the registration tent will open at 10:00 AM.
For quality control, we cap the event at 2,000 people.
There is ample parking onsite. Please follow directions from the parking attendants when you arrive at the gates.

The start and finish are located inside the Historic Village at Allaire.
Yes, there will be a water station at the half way point and another at the finish line.
Yes, there will be toilets in the festival area.
Yes, we'll have some amazing food trucks onsite with food and non-alcoholic beverage options to purchase.
There will be a clock at the finish line, but the race is not chip timed. There are plenty of races out there to get your PB. This one is about having fun!
