It Takes a Borough formally organized in January of 2024 with a mission to compassionately support those that live, work, or volunteer in Metuchen who are facing adversity. As a nonprofit organization, It Takes A Borough is dedicated to encouraging community solidarity, relying on financial contributions and tangible donations to create meaningful, positive impacts on members of its community affected by tragedy or unforeseen circumstances.
