About Meadows Miler
Get ready for the 9th Annual Meadows Miler!
Lace up for our scenic 5K and 10K races, officially certified by USATF-NJ and part of the Cross Country Grand Prix. Whether you're a seasoned runner, just starting out, or simply looking to support a great cause, there's a place for you on the trail course at beautiful Rosedale Park—especially with the stunning fall colors as your backdrop.
This is more than just a race—it’s a community celebration! Enjoy family-friendly activities, explore our Vendor Village, and cheer on participants of all ages.
Prefer a more relaxed pace? Our Fun Run is perfect for families and walkers, and kids 10 and under will love the Kiddie Dashes across the meadow.
Can’t join us in person on November 1? Participate virtually and be part of the movement from wherever you are.
Run, walk, cheer, or sponsor—every step supports PCDI and helps empower individuals with autism.
RUN FOR FREE: Every registered runner who creates an individual fundraiser and reaches $250 or more in donations will have their race fees refunded. Funds must be collected through the Meadows Miler website to receive the race refund.
