Welcome to our 8th Annual Join Hands 5k!
We are excited to offer our hybrid race again this year! What's a hybrid you ask? A hybrid race allows options - participation can either be in-person or virtually from wherever you are. Don't feel comfortable running in large groups right now? No worries, you can register for the virtual race and run/walk in your neighborhood, on your treadmill or anywhere you like! Miss seeing people in real life and ready to kick some asphalt in Saddle Brook? We got you - just register for our in-person race and we'll see you on October 1st in Saddle Brook! We love options 😀

In-Person vs. Hybrid Race FAQ's
What's the Difference?
The easiest explanation is that the In-Person race is....get ready for it....in person
and the virtual race...you guessed it.... is not 😊
Other differences: In-person run is timed using a chipped race bib on a certified course, which we provide to you along with our amazing race shirt
The virtual run is not timed and you'll need to print your own bib (not necessary but totally makes you look legit when running your 3.1 miles).
Aforementioned amazing race shirt is not included but you can purchase one for an additional $10.
* What is a Virtual Race?
A virtual race is a race that you can run or walk wherever you choose – on the road, in a park, at a track, or at home on a treadmill. You get to run your own race, at your own pace! You can run by yourself or with a group of friends. Want to make it even more fun? Grab some friends from another town/city and start your race at the same time!
* How Does it Work?
Simply sign up for our virtual race and then run/walk wherever you want
* What About Race Bibs?
You will be able to print your race bib right at home from the race site! More info to follow
* Can Anyone Participate?
Yes! We encourage participants of all ages and ability levels!
* Will I Need to Report my Time?
Nope! You don’t need to upload your time. However, we’d love to see your photos!
* Can I Share Photos?
YES! We would love for you to tag your photos with #TCFJH5K and share them by uploading them to our race site - more info to follow.
* Do I Have to Register to Donate?
Nope! Not a runner? Not a problem – just click on the Donate button on the left!
