5k RUN/ WALK
The Christopher Michael Pyzikiewicz 5K Run/Walk for Hope begins at 9:00 a.m. and follows a flat, fast road course through the streets of St. James.
The race starts and finishes at the Saint James Brewery Tasting Room, where participants will gather before the event and celebrate together afterward. Whether you choose to run or walk, every step helps support an important cause.
Your registration includes:
A commemorative event T-shirt
A complimentary beer at the finish line for participants 21 and older
Held in memory of Christopher Michael Pyzikiewicz, this event is dedicated to promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and supporting suicide prevention efforts. Join friends, family, and members of the community as we come together to honor Christopher's memory, inspire hope, and make every step count.

Morning of the Race 10/17: Registration opens at 7:30 AM
October 14- Smithtown Running Company, Main Street Smithtown: 12 PM to 5 PM
October 16- Saint James Brewery Tasting Room: 4 PM to 8 PM

RACE DAY PARKING
Race parking will be available at St. Philip & St. James Church, located at 1 Carow Place, St. James, NY 11780. It’s just a short walk to the Saint James Brewery Tasting Room.
Parking at the Tasting Room will be very limited, so we strongly encourage runners and spectators to park at the church and enjoy the short walk over.
