5K Run/Walk - open participants
Description
Join us on Sunday, May 5, 2024 at the Westerville Sports Complex on Cleveland Ave in Westerville for the 2024 Let Me Run Columbus SpringFest 5K.
Let Me Run is a nonprofit wellness program that inspires boys to be themselves, be active, and belong. Twice a week for seven weeks, trained volunteer coaches lead an elementary or middle school team through practice. Designed to amplify confidence, self-expression, and respect for others. Each fall and spring season culminates in a 5k race festival that celebrates the boys’ personal growth.

IMPORTANT: Please note that this registration site is for Let Me Run 5K Run/Walk - OPEN participants. It is NOT for members of the Let Me Run program, as boys in the Let Me Run program are already registered for the 5K through their coach. If you are a Let Me Run program participant and are unsure if your coach has signed you up for the race, please contact Shruti Gupta at shrutig@letmerun.org

Parking
The Westerville Sports Complex is where the race begins and ends. There is ample parking at the Sports Complex and also across Cleveland Avenue at the Westerville Community Center. Plug in 325 N Cleveland Ave (43082) into your favorite GPS device for directions or click here.
Early Packet Pickup
Save time in line on race morning and pick up your race gear at Columbus Running Company's Westerville location (50 N State St). Visit the running experts at the CRC on Friday, May 3 from 10a-8p or Saturday, May 4 from 10a-6p, and check out the latest running shoes. Let Me Run program participants and coaches, please refer to race week communication from your regional director for information regarding your team packet pickup.
Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup
There will be race day registration and packet pickup at the shelter at the Sports Complex on Sunday morning beginning at 8:00 am. PLEASE NOTE: ALL RACE DAY REGISTRATION WILL BE CREDIT CARD ONLY!

9:30 am - 5K Run/Walk Begins
10:30 am - Awards
11 am - 3 pm - Join us at Fattey Beer Co. in Westerville for our Post Race Party & Fundraiser (see details below)!
Awards
Awards will be provided as follows:
- Top overall male and female finishers (non-Let Me Run program members)
- Top overall Let Me Run program member
- Top Let Me Run program member in each of the following age divisions: 9 & under, 10, 11, and 12 & over.
Post Race Party & Fundraiser
Join us at Fattey Beer Co. in Westerville following the conclusion of the 5K race on May 5. ALL are welcome! It's located just 5 minutes from the race location! Come anytime between 11am - 3pm, and a portion of sales from every drink purchase will be donated back to Let Me Run!
Let Me Run will have 2 guest bartenders, and all tips collected will be donated back to Let Me Run!
