We run to honor lives, spark conversation, and champion access to the help and resources our Heroes and Veterans rightfully deserve. Additionally, we host a resource fair focused on mental health, offering resources to our participants.

This fair serves as a hub of support, connection, and actionable guidance. Whether you are seeking services for yourself, someone you love, or you are an advocate eager to learn more, this space is designed to bridge the gap between need and access.

At the Resource Fair, participants can:

Connect with local and national mental health organizations. 
Access information on therapy, crisis support, peer networks, and veteran-specific programs 
Discover free or low-cost mental health services. 
Explore tools for stress management, mindfulness, and resilience building.
