Fundraising takes real commitment to our mission, so we want to celebrate your successes. New in 2024, CCCC will recognize INDIVIDUALS/TEAMS through your cumulative fundraising efforts. Our total Fundraising Goal for 2024 is $50,000! All funds raised (after expenses) will support our ongoing mission of providing free quality medical, educational, and material support to at-risk women and families facing unplanned pregnancies. Our goal is that every person who comes to Chester County Connect Care be empowered and equipped with the medical care, resources, education, and support they need to raise healthy, happy children in stable, loving home environments. All of these services are provided free of charge. All funds raised for this event including sign-up costs and donations support this mission.
5K Course
The 5K course is located on road and gravel. The paved surface contains low-grade inclines and declines and meanders through trees and around the campgrounds in beautiful Chester County, Hibernia Park. The clock will begin at the start of the 5K race and participants' times will be recorded via chip timer.
The .60-mile Fun Run/Walk will occur 15 minutes after the 5k start time. The Fun Run/Walk will begin at Pavilion 5 and run straight (flat roadway) out to the gate at Cedar Knoll Road and return to Pavilion 5. The family-friendly activity will not be timed. All participants will receive a free t-shirt.
Family and friends are invited to attend this community event along with the participants. The park features a playground, and a variety of concessions and children's games will be available free of charge. We welcome strollers and pets!

8:00am - Packet/Bib Pickup begins
9:00am - 5k Start Time, activities begin (face painting, balloon animals, etc.)
9:15am - Fun Run/Walk (untimed) Start Time
10:15am - Awards for top finishers and "Fun"raisers (individual/teams)
10:30am - Diaper Derby Begins (see map for location)
11:00am - Derby Awards and Event ends

The best entrance for all participants is the 761 Cedar Knoll Road Entrance, the yellow gate will have the label 790, but google maps doesn't seem to like that address. So, please come through that gate entrance, follow the event signs to parking and then meet us at Pavilion 5 to register.
