The Race
Join the Rotary Club of Florence for the Forget Me Not 5K to beat Alzheimer’s on August 15. The race is a family-friendly run/walk through downtown Florence.
The race begins at the James Allen Plaza at 8:00 AM. Participants are asked to arrive at least 20 minutes early.
This is a USATF-Certified Course.

The Course
Is a flat fast course through downtown Florence, SC with minimal turns and completely flat.
The course finishes in the heart of downtown Florence across from the James Allen Plaza.
Strollers, walkers, and animals are welcome!

The Cause
The Forget Me Not 5K, hosted by the Rotary Club of Florence, supports the fight against Alzheimer’s disease through its partnership with the CART Foundation.
Proceeds from the race fund cutting-edge research aimed at prevention, treatment, and ultimately a cure.
By participating, runners and supporters help bring hope to millions of families impacted by this disease.
