Kick off your Thanksgiving morning with family, friends, and neighbors at the Turkey Trot Athens TX! This year’s 5K and Fun Run will take place on Thanksgiving Day November 26, 2025 and is the perfect way to start the holiday with community, fitness, and giving back.
Every step you take helps bring clean water to communities around the world. All proceeds from the event benefit Hope Springs Water, a nonprofit based in Athens, TX, dedicated to providing safe water, improved sanitation, and hygiene education to those in need. By participating, you’re not only celebrating health and togetherness—you’re also helping transform lives through the gift of clean water.
