SARR Fall Training Program - we have a place for every pace & all levels are welcome!

Take on the 10K: Completed a 5K and looking to step up to the next level? Our program can help get you there.
Walk/Run 13.1: Looking to complete your first Half Marathon? Utilizing walk/run intervals will help you meet your goal.
Let's Run 13.1: Our Half Marathon training is our most popular program and has helped thousands of runners achieve their goals.
You Can Do 26.2: Up for a big challenge? Our Full Marathon training has helped runners of all paces tackle this distance.
Flexible 16-week training schedule written by SARR RRCA Certified Coaches.
Weekly Group Runs Saturday AM (endurance/long-run) and Tuesday PM (speed/hills).
We train at McAllister Park, LBJ Park, near the Zoo, along the Riverwalk and on the paved trails of Leon Creek & Salado Creek Greenways.
