Description

Join us for our the SARR Winter Off-RoadRunners Training Program - we have a place for every pace & all levels are welcome.
Dates: Jan 6 - Mar 9, 2024
Goal Race: SARR Prickly Pear Trail Run

4 great options: 
5K, 15K Walk/Run: For runners new to trail running or who prefer a walk/run method.
15K: For beginner to advanced trail runners.
50K: For experienced trail runners (must be able to run 8 trail miles comfortably).

Flexible training schedule written by SARR RRCA Certified Coaches.
Weekly Group Runs Saturday 7am and Wednesday 6:30pm.
Locations: Natural trails at Eisenhower Park, McAllister Park, Government Canyon & other state parks.
Free 4-week basebuilder: Dec 4 - Dec 30, 2023.

Support: Weekly coaches email & Facebook group (optional) for sharing inspiration, running info/education & team pics.
Fun socials & special events!
Includes SARR Training Team shirt (option for long or short sleeve).  
Training is for SARR Members; join SARR during signup if not a member.

First Team Group Run: Saturday, Jan 6th, McAllister Park, Optimist Pavilion (Pavilion 3)
First long run distances: 50K=7-9m; 15K=2-3m; 5K=1m

Current Covid-19 guidelines allow for us to meet in small groups with proper social distancing. Should guidelines or restrictions change before or during our training season we will modify our in-person sessions accordingly.
