Battle of the Badges Half Marathon, 5K, & 1 Mile Fun Run

Lace-up your running (or walking) shoes for the first-annual Battle of the Badges Half Marathon & 5K, on Saturday, February 8th. This family-friendly event features a fun competition between the Waco Fire and Police Departments. Choose which team you will support when you register and let the battle begin! The race kicks off at 8am at Waco Fire Station 1. Race proceeds will be benefit both Waco Professional Firefighters - IAFF 478 & The Waco Police Association.

Half marathon participants will receive a long sleeve dri-fit shirt and 5K participants will receive a short sleeve cotton shirt. 1 mile participants will not receive a shirt, but have the option to purchase either shirt at checkout. Shirts guaranteed for participants who are registered by 1/21/25. After that, shirts will be first come first serve.
