Everyone gets a finisher woodle from Ridgeway Woodworks. These custom woodles are made from recycled wood, and crafted in Oconomowoc.

Start and finish in WBC Park! The course is very flat with a 3' elevation change. Runners will do two laps around Pabst Farms business park & through Wisconsin Harley Davidson before crossing the field! Details course instruction will be in race day instructions provided the week of the event.

Course Map

Bring the whole family. The Kiddos 1/4m run & Egg Hunt is only $20.00!

• This event is limited to 12 year old and younger kids.
• The kiddos will use two different distance based on age (1-6, 7+) and then enter the egg zone. They will remain inside the ball park the entire time. Parents are welcome to sit in the stands and cheer on the kids.
  
  • We will stage the kids by age at the start 
• All kiddos receive a finisher medal.
• All kiddos receive a youth size t-shirt.
• Kiddos can walk in the 2m walk at no additional charge if a parent is registered for the race.

Please bring a bag for the kiddos to place their eggs in. After the event, we ask that you empty the candy into the bag, and return the eggs so we can recycle them. There will be egg bins on the field.

If a child does not get any eggs on the field, please see a staff member. We will have extra eggs near the finish line.

Everyone who is registered by noon Friday March 15th will be guaranteed a custom unisex cotton t-shirt. After that, shirts will be available while online supplies last. Any extra shirts will be distributed after the race on a first come, first served basis. About t-shirts.

Walkers and families are welcome to participate! 

Your race time and age group results are available online after you cross the finish line - select RESULTS from the menu above. The top 3 male & female finishers in 5-year age groups will receive a custom medal. An awards ceremony will take place at the race. Awards can also be picked up after the race at Silver Circle's Global Headquarters in Oconomowoc, WI.

The Average Joe & Jane Awards are presented to the male and female runner who finish in the exact middle of all registered runners. Winners will receive a t-shirt and custom medal!

You do not need to print it, but we will need to scan the QR code on the email receipt, so please have your email accessible on your mobile device or save a picture of your receipt with the QR code to your device’s image library. We strongly encourage you to pick up your packet early.

Picking up more than one packet?

If you are picking up for more than a couple people, please do the following:
1. Put all of their QR codes on one sheet of paper OR
2. Write all of their names on one sheet of paper (last name, first name, t-shirt).

That will make your life a whole lot easier when you go to hand out bibs and shirts to your team.

Parking is available on site.

There will be one aid station that participants will pass three times.

Refunds are not permitted for any reason.

The event will be held unless severe weather occurs. In the event of severe weather, the race director may delay or cancel the event. If the event is canceled, there will be no refunds. Silver Circle Sports Events has a NO REFUND policy.

How to transfer, defer, change shirt sizes and change distances

• Login into RunSignUp.com
• Select your Profile.
• Scroll down to the race you would like to modify.
• Select "Manage Registration".
• All of your options will be listed in the menu.
  *Deferrals must be completed 14 days prior to event.

The race is professionally chip timed by Silver Circle Sports Events, LLC.

• Make sure you opt in during registration to receive result text
• Time start and finishes when you cross the timing points

Workplace Wellness Program Partnerships

Are you involved with a workplace wellness program? We’d love to help!

Here’s how it works:

• Contact us with your workplace information.
• We will create a code for your wellness members to use at registration checkout that will waive or discount the registration fee. You can offer any discount amount your workplace wellness program allows.
• The day after the race, we will send you an invoice that can be paid online.

We need volunteers for everything from aid station support to course marshals. If you or your group have an interest in volunteering, we would greatly appreciate the assistance! All volunteers can run a future race at no charge.

Insurance is available for almost all of our events. The insurance is offered through a third party. Here is the fine print:

Registration protection options allow your race participants to get reimbursed up to 100% if they cannot attend the event for a number of reasons, including covered injury, illness, traffic accidents, and more. Registration Protector with Required to Work has the added benefit of protection in the instance that a race participant is required to work for a covered reason.

Terms, conditions, and exclusions apply. Insurance benefits are underwritten by Jefferson Insurance Company. AGA Service Company is the licensed producer and administrator of these plans.

Registration Protection - The insurance premium is 6.75% of the registration cost (including processing fee), with a minimum insurance premium of $7.99 per registrant.
