Description
All proceeds benefit children with special needs at Zachariah's Acres, a 501(c)(3) organization located in the town of Oconomowoc, WI.
Zachariah's Acres hosts nature-based experiences for children with special needs and their families. When families attend one of our signature events, they create life-long memories, enhance social skills, strengthen family relationships, and simply relax in nature. Favorite activities include fishing, guided nature walks and rolls through prairie grass and wildflowers, snowshoeing, sleigh rides, hay wagon rides, apple picking, or cooking in our educational kitchen.
More than 38 schools, nonprofits, and community partners visit Zachariah's Acres on a regular basis for educational field trips, outdoor recreation, vocational skills training, volunteer opportunities, and hands-on learning.

Course
The courses are set on Zachariah's Acres featuring 125 beautiful acres consisting of tree-lined paths, wild flowers, prairie grass, ponds, wild life, crops, evergreens, Fall colors, and more.
The family walk/roll loop is 1 mile of gentle hills and scenic views. Jogging strollers or all terrain wheel-chairs are recommended.
Post Race
After the race shop our farm cart (apples, pumpkins, honey, farm fresh eggs, and more).
Enjoy a cup of coffee and/or baked goods donated by our community partners or baked with loved by our volunteers & guests.
Private Property
Zachariah's Acres is a private facility NOT open to the public. Please do not preview the course prior to race day. The facility is open to the public ONLY on race day.

Aid Stations
There are two aid stations on course. Water and sports drink will be provided. You are also welcome to drop a bag on course at the turn.

For every five registrations, we will refund $20.00 of your registration fee. Two ways to do it.
Facebook
At registration checkout, you will be given the option to share your registration on Facebook. If 5 people register from that post, shazam we will refund $20.
Email
On your registration receipt, there will be a registration link. Share that link and we will refund $20 for every 5 registrations.
You can find the registration link by logging into your Run Sign Up account and email the receipt to yourself. The software will keep track of friends registering from your link and Facebook post.
Awards & Finisher Medals
Overall Male & Female will receive medals. Top 3 male & female finishers in 5 year age groups will receive a custom medal. Half marathon finishers will receive a custom finishers medal.
There will be an finisher awards ceremony for all the family walk / roll participants.
Timing
The race is chip timed by Silver Circle Sports Events, LLC.
Tshirts
All participants registered before September 27 are guaranteed a custom dry wick unisex race shirt. After that shirts be available while on line supplies last. Any extra shirts will be distributed after the race on a first come first serve basis.
Weather
The event will be held unless severe weather occurs. In the event of severe weather, the race director may delay or cancel the event. If the event is canceled, there will be no refunds. This event has a NO REFUND policy.
