World Afib Awareness Day Yoga and Run

Join us for the 4th annual Kansas City World Afib Awareness Run and Yoga event! There will be an optional 30 minute yoga session followed by the 5K run at Johnson County Community College. Yoga starts at 8:00 and the Run will start at 8:30. Awards will begin at 9:30 following the 5K run/walk. Run participants will receive their shirt the morning of the event.

This run supports Global Atrial Fibrillation Alliance (GAFA) to raise awareness and promote healthy lifestyles for people living with atrial fibrillation. Money raised will help fund physician initiated research for the treatment and education of atrial fibrillation.
