Description
Join us for a training run for the Moonbow Ultra, Kentucky's new trail race that offers 10k, 25k, and 50k distances. This race promises some spectacular sights and great trail running! We will be carpooling down to the race course at Cumberland Falls State Park with 3 distance options provided: a 7 mile round trip run to Dog Slaughter Falls, an 11+ mile round trip run to Star Creek, and a 16+ mile run to Bark Camp. Of course, you're welcome to run more or less, depending on your training needs. You can either meet up at the John's Run/Walk Shop S Ashland location to carpool or meet at the trailhead.
