Who is YOUR Brave Face of Cancer?
Join us to race and raise money for a great cause. We will be coming together to celebrate and remember ALL the Brave Faces of Cancer. Brave faces are those who have been on a cancer journey (survivors and those who cancer has taken too soon), family, friends, coworkers.... Cancer is like a stone thrown into the water. It causes a ripple effect that touches everyone in the life of the person diagnosed.
The 2nd Annual Brave Faces of Cancer 5K will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 8:30 am at Coldstream Park (Lexington, KY). 1 mile walk will be held at 8:00 am.
Kentucky CancerLink is a Kentucky based 501(c)3 non-profit that provides state-wide patient navigation to reduce and/or eliminate barriers to evidence-based screening, diagnosis and treatment of cancer. Transportation assistance to cancer treatment is our number one request. Visit the Kentucky CancerLink website: www.kycancerlink.org for more information on all of the services provided.
