Steps for Safe Water 5K is a run to show solidarity with those who struggle to access safe water worldwide. On average, people travel more than 3 miles to access water, and usually, it still isn't safe to drink. Women and children are disproportionately affected by the challenges this poses, creating barriers to education and upward mobility.
