Lace up your running shoes and join us for the Jacket Joggers 5K—a fun, family-friendly race that supports a great cause! Hosted by the Jacket Joggers Running Club at Middlesboro Schools, this event celebrates the hard work of students in grades 3–8 who train for eight weeks to conquer their first 5K.
The course is flat, fast, and scenic—perfect for seasoned runners chasing a new personal best or first-timers looking for a supportive and exciting atmosphere. Every step you take makes a difference, with race proceeds helping local students and families in need during the holiday season.

Race Route
Parking will be at the City Parking Lot. The race begins here, turning on 21st street, then traveling down Cumberland Avenue. We'll have a water station available as you run down 30th street, headed towards our friends at Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College. Once you reach the college, you'll turn around and head back towards historic downtown for a picture perfect finish!
