Tri108 is turning into an anniversary party! Elemental Yoga & Wellness is turning two years old on June 15. Though we will no longer have a 5K included in our celebration, you can still buy tickets for Yoga and meditation on the lawn at the Jack Jouett House. Tickets are $15! We will still have vendors, massage, Reiki and Thai yoga body work. Join us in the meadow at 9am for Yoga, meditation and celebrate with us!

Description
We'll begin with an outdoor hour of Vinyasa Yoga class then with a gun shot start for a 5K trail run through beautiful Woodford County, KY, followed by a community guided meditation.
Just want to run? No problem! You can register just for the 5K trail run or just the one hour vinyasa class.
Not much of a runner? You can walk, run, or stroll through the trails.
Does 30 minutes of meditation seem big? We think you are up for the challenge!
Bring your running shoes, your mat and your desire for community with like minded friends. These are your people!
