Virtual St. Roch Run

The St. Roch Run directly benefits the historic restoration and preservation initiatives of New Orleans Catholic Cemeteries.

We welcome you to join us for our second annual virtual run from October 8th through October 22nd, 2021.

There is no entry fee to participate in an effort to keep the event accessible to all. However, we encourage and greatly appreciate donations. For those unable to physically participate, please still consider donating to our restoration fund.

Each donor will receive a special thank you gift from New Orleans Catholic Cemeteries as a token of our appreciation.

The St. Roch Run is a fun way to make a huge impact!

Here's how it works...

1. Register to run/walk the 5k, 10k or Kid's Run
2. Make a donation if you can or start a fundraising team
3. Run/walk on your own, on a path of your choosing, during the timeframe of the race while practicing social distancing recommendations.
4. Upload your results to the Virtual St. Roch Run leaderboard
5. Post a picture from your walk or run on Facebook and Instagram with #strochrun to be included in the community of supporters!

St. Roch walked from his birthplace in Montpellier, France to Rome during one of the great pilgrimages of his life. That equates to roughly 625 miles or 45 miles a day during the open period of the St. Roch Run. Working as a team do you think that you could tackle those miles?
