Description

Tent Rental Package Includes:

 Includes tent, space, tables, & chairs. Tent rental includes setup and breakdown of equipment and use of two (2) tables and twelve (12) chairs. Additional tables and chairs are available for rental if needed. All rentals, both space and tent, will be handled on a "first come, first served" basis. Tent requests will be accepted up until March 1, 2024.  A tent map will be distributed after March 1st.

 Space Rental Includes:

Provide your own tent and set up on a reserved space.  This rental includes the use of two (2) tables and twelve (12) chairs. Additional tables and chairs are available for rental if needed. All rentals, both space and tent, will be handled on a "first come, first served" basis.

Cook-Off Challenge: 

The Cook-Off Challenge will be judged for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. The guidelines for the challenge are outlined below. To register for the challenge click here.

• Cooking cannot begin on the grounds any earlier than 6:00 am

• Any flames/fires/grills must have a fire extinguisher nearby

• Company name must be prominently displayed

• Food must be ready for tasting by 10:00 am 

The YMCA Corporate Cup is a 5K run/walk held in Downtown and Mid City Baton Rouge that advocates wellness in the workplace and camaraderie among colleagues.

Race headquarters and post-race party held at the North Blvd. Town Square. The event offers a 3.1-mile course running through beautiful downtown, four race divisions to suit the organization, awards to winners in each division, the Corporate Wellness Award, Company T-shirt design contest, Oldie but Goodie Award for the oldest male and female runners, food and fun, being fit, learning more about living longer and healthier, nutrition and building camaraderie with your team and friends, chip timing and more!

Participation is not limited to competitors only; many companies have on-site tent locations for their employees, business associates, family and friends to be a part of the community-driven event.

If you would like to participate in the Cook-Off Challenge, then please register here for the event. You can add space or tent rental to the registration. 

Judging

  • 50 points will be awarded for preparing a healthy dish or incorporating/substituting healthy ingredients
  • 25 points will be awarded for team spirit
  • 25 points will be awarded for creativity
  • 5 bonus points can be earned for the most creative dish
