Join us for our 2nd annual Gator Tail 5K Trail Run and Kids Gator Gallop 1/2 Mile Fun Run presented by Tamanend! The mission of this empowering initiative is to increase Northshore Technical Community College scholarships and to encourage our community to LIVE healthy for a fantastic cause. The 2nd Annual Gator Tail 5K Race like so many other races this year, will be presented as a "virtual" competition. In this model, participants will be able to run the 5k course of their choice, individually or with a group! Don't worry if you don't have a favorite 5K route to run, we can provide suggestions (with maps) for you!

Saturday, October 31, 2020 @ a location near YOU!

• Time should be submitted by 5pm on October 31st!
• Add to your run and make it fun by wearing your Halloween costume.
• Join the Northshore Technical Community College 'Gator Tail 5K Trail Race' group to add your photos! Or tag NTCC in your pictures! 
• Use #gatorgonevirtual 
• Our 100% cotton short sleeve T-shirt (with special 2020 design)
• Participation Medal and awards will be distributed after the race. 

Submitting Results

How do you submit your results? Recording your mileage for The Gator Tail 5k is super easy, you will be submitting results directly into the RunSignUp system. You will get an email with instructions for you to upload following your registration, but in case you don't get the email, you can follow the below instructions. You can submit your time from now until 5pm on October 31st! If you are having any trouble, please use the contact us on race page.

Submit virtual results

1. Login to your RunSignUp account.
2. Navigate to the Leaderboard page.
3. Click "Submit Virtual Results"
4. You will be shown a calendar, select the current day or the day for which you are entering the miles.
5. Enter the time you ran/walked.
6. Click "Submit Activity"
7. Congrats on finishing your race!

All trail runs are based off of Northshore Technical Community College Campus locations. *PLEASE NOTE: These runs are recommendations ONLY, and you are not obligated to use these specific runs for the 5k event. There are no run monitors for any of the listed trail runs. Northshore Technical Community College is not liable for any run injuries.*
