7:00 am Check-in & late registration opens. Planet Fitness providing stretching & race prep sessions! Jones Physical Therapy providing free treatments pre and post race! Sysco Food Services providing fruit & breakfast bars!
8:15am 1 Mile Fun Run Begins
9:00am 5K Begins
10:30AM 5K Awards Presentation
9:30am - Noon Beer, Jambalaya, and Music! Many vendors on site offering swag, free services, snacks, and prizes! Hang around after the races and have a good time!

Race Divisions Announced!!
The divisions for the 5K will be as follows:
Male and Female for each group Plus Overall Male and Female. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for each division will win a trophy!

Gather your friends and family and join us for a day of fitness, philanthropy, and family fun at our inaugural Pelican Energy Run for Hope, benefitting the Children's Advocacy Center: Hope House. Hope House is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to ending the cycle of child abuse in our community by providing a path to recovery, a bridge to justice for victims of abuse, and education for the community.
Take part in the 5K and/or 1-Mile Fun Run through the scenic trails of Fontainebleau State Park. Register for the 5K by September 29th to be guaranteed a race day T-Shirt. 5K Registrants will receive a custom finisher's medallion, refreshments, and race day swag.
**Post Race Beer Included for all 5K Participants thanks to Champagne Beverage & Gnarly Barley Brewery!!!
**5K Participants will be treated to jambalaya post-race cooked on site by members of The John H. Carter Company!!
**Raising Cane's will be on site serving delicious Cane's Tea and Lemonade along with giving out swag!!
Check-In on race day will begin at 7am!
