Description
Come run with us through scenic downtown Shreveport on January 11th starting at 8:00am to help support the Stage Center! In addition to providing quality local theater produced by their Main Stage, currently in its 8th season, Stage Center provides access to theater education through its School of Performing Arts. This year, Stage Center is also adding a Touring Company, which will provide opportunities to school children through its Show on the Geaux initiative. Since they're usually on stage or behind-the-scenes, this race is a chance for Stage Center creatives to get know the community members it serves, while also raising money to keep their programs running.
Broadway-themed costumes are HIGHLY encouraged. Face painters will also be on site before and after the race.

Awards
Overall Male and Female winners will receive custom hand-painted trophies!
Age groups will be as follows, and 1st and 2nd Male and Female in each age group will receive custom medals.
10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
Packet Pick Up
Packet pick up will be at Run Wild (9462 Ellerbe Rd #140) on Thursday January 9th 12:00 - 6:00 pm and Friday January 10th 10:00 am - 5:30 pm. Packets will also be available at race site on the morning of starting at 7:00am.
T-Shirts
You must register by December 31st 2019 at midnight to be guaranteed a T-Shirt!
Dancer Dash
This race is more about HOW you cross the finish line than WHEN! Tap, pirouette, or sashay your way to awards including Best Choreography and Biggest Finish!
Post-Run Party
Stick around for food, fun, and a sneak peak of the Junior Theater Festival entry from the award-winning Stage Center School of Performing Arts Troupe!
