Description
Our Cause: Proceeds from Running for a Cause help fund the Junior League of Shreveport-Bossier's volunteer community projects including Kids in the Kitchen, an educational health program to prevent childhood obesity; Between the Lines, a literacy program strengthening bonds between incarcerated parents and their children; and Super Safety Saturday, an annual community safety fair held at Sheriff's Safety Town.

Packet Pick-Up: Packet pick-up will be at Sportspectrum 6970 Fern Avenue on Thursday, April 28th from noon-6:30 p.m.,
Friday, April 29th from 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
You may also pick up your packet race morning at the race site starting at 7:00 a.m.
Race Day: Experience 3.1 miles of fun through the historic Broadmoor/South Highlands neighborhood. The race will begin and end at Marilynn’s Place on Fern Avenue.
Before and after the race, enjoy nutritious snacks and drinks and entertainment for the entire family!
Age groups and awards: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 and over. The overall female and male winners will receive gift cards from local sponsors, and the winner in each age division will receive a medal.
