Krewe of Justinian - “Run for the Beads” 5k
Saturday December 13th, 2025
Fun Run – 7:45 a.m. 5k - 8:00 a.m.
*For experienced or first time runners; small, but great to run, run-walk, walk, kids, grandkids, families;
*Every 5K finisher receives a special bead medal!
* “W” Sound & Music & MC
* “COLLECTOR QUALITY” long sleeve, cuffless, High-Tech fabric with the 7 color event logo on race shirts front
Date and Starting times: Saturday December 13th, 2025.
½ Mile FUN RUN starts @ 7:45 a.m. (No registration required, no shirt or beads);
5k RUN starts at 8:00 a.m. (Registration required for all; specialty beads at finish, shirt if registered by 17 October.)
Location; Course description: Starting and finishing at the parking lot of Captain Shreve High School Football Stadium.
Entry Fee: $25 now thru December 12th
$30 Race Day.
T-Shirts and Packet Pick-Up:
-Packet pick-up will be at Sportspectrum 6970 Fern Avenue
Friday December 11th from 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m..
Race morning at the race site starting at 7:00 a.m.
Awards: 1st Overall male and female winners will receive $100 cash each. Additionally, 1st male and female in the following age groups will receive a specialty prize: 10 & under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
