Forget about short days, cold temps and paused growth. This challenge will help you stay consistent through the winter months and be stronger for spring!
Choose the Saturday Sweat Season Pass to workout together with other participants on Zoom!
On Saturdays Coach Adina leads an indoor bike ride. You can show up for ANY indoor workout: treadmill, rower, weights, stretching, trampoline…come for the camaraderie and fun conversation while you log your minutes.
How it works:
1. Log all the HOURS you exercise.
By logging HOURS we are evening the playing field and rewarding your EFFORT!
Everything counts - swim, bike, walk, run, row, lift, yoga, pilates, ski, hike, dance...pretty much any exercise that YOU choose!
2. Choose your challenge based on your personal goals:
Snowball = 25 hours
Snowman = 50 hours
Igloo = 75 hours
Avalanche = 100 hours

This is intended to be a fun way to keep us active.
Participate at your fitness level and use common sense when exercising.
Wear reflective gear when outside from dusk to dawn or any other protective gear.
Check with a medical professional with any health or physical concerns.

You will earn digital badges at each milestone and get access to the PRIVATE Facebook Group that opens on December 15.
Your race packet will include swag that you can take with you as a reminder of your commitment to yourself.
This inspirational bracelet can also be used as a hair tie or attached to your shoe lace.

If you need more swag - because who doesn't? - you have 2 options:
Add a visor, run cap or Winter Warrior tie-dye tee when you sign up and I will mail it to you!

SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY WORKOUTS?
Here are the detailed instructions on how you'll submit your results through 3/31/2025. You may submit every day or tally up hours on your tracking sheet and submit a bunch of hours at once. For your first time logging your hours, I recommend using a laptop or computer, some have had iPad's and phones with glitches the first time when entering their results. All results will be combined under the B*REAL Winter Warrior Challenge even If you signed up with the Saturday Sweat Season Pass.
Below are the steps you'll need to take.
STEP 1: Go to www.Runsignup.com and click on your image in the top right corner
STEP 2: Go down to the B*REAL Winter Warrior Challenge upcoming event and click on "Submit Virtual Results"
STEP 3: Fill in the fields to submit your results manually!
Note: You can go to "Add Another Activity" before submitting results to add more than 1 workout.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Q: What happens if I want to join after December 21st?
A: You can still sign up! Registration is open through January 15, 2025. You are able to backlog your miles for the dates you weren't with us. For example, if you join on January 10th, simply login to your profile and log the miles for December 21st-January 9th.
Q: How does this Virtual Challenge work?
A: Each day from December 21st until March 19th you have the opportunity to run/walk/ ski/bike/swim/lift/stretch or ANY OTHER Activity. All you have to do in this challenge is log your hours under your profile!
Q: Can I participate in this race from another country?
A: YES! We welcome you from wherever you are and would love it if you joined! Please note, if you are outside of the USA there will be an added shipping charge. If you're unable to register, please email info@adinaoneill.com so we can include your country in the approved list to allow your access to join!
Q: Can I just walk the challenge?
A: Absolutely, walkers are definitely welcome to participate in this challenge and a large part of our event are walkers and hikers! This is a multi-sport challenge, so you can walk, run, ski, bike, swim, lift, dance or stretch to get your hours. Use the challenge as motivation to stay active!
Q: Can I count my daily steps?
A: No, we encourage you to log only exercise specific times. This means you planned to walk, run, etc. and not just time you went from the bathroom to the kitchen!
Q: What are the milestones?
A: 25, 50, 75, and 100 hours. You pick the amount of time that works best for you!
Q: What will I receive by doing this challenge? When will I receive my swag?
A: All participants automatically receive a Winter Warrior Beanie just for signing up!
You may add a visor, run hat or tie-dye T during checkout or shop for additional swag anytime at the B*REAL Swag Shop.
You will be invited to a private Facebook group for accountability and motivation.
During the race you'll also receive virtual badges when you achieve milestones.
Sign up by November 24, 2024 to receive your race packet before the challenge starts. All other race packets will be mailed on or around January 15, 2025.
Additional “add on” swag may arrive separately from your race packet.
Items ordered directly through the B*REAL Swag Shop will be shipped according to the confirmation email you receive.
Q: Do we earn rewards for referring friends?
A: YES! Refer 1 friend and earn $5 back. Refer 3 more friends and earn an additional $25.
But, they must use your personal referral link. The link was emailed to you, but you can also get it by following these steps:

Your referral link as well has any referrals you already have will be listed here
Q: I entered an activity incorrectly. How can I edit or delete the activity?
A: You go under your results page where you see every workout you've completed in your "Activity Log". To the left of the trash can is a pencil where you can click on and edit results that were mis-entered. You can also delete results by hitting the trash can.
Q: I signed up with the Saturday Sweat Season Pass, but my results are not showing up there.
A: All results are combined under the Winter Warrior Challenge so you can get inspired by seeing everyone who is showing up.
Q. How do I refer people and get referral refunds?
A: 1. Register.
2. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a unique referral link. You can copy and paste this link from (a) your confirmation page screen at the end of your registration, (b) your confirmation email, (c) you can resend your confirmation email from your Runsignup account and get the link.
3. Get 1 friend1 to sign up using your unique referral link and you will automatically receive a refund of $5.00, refunded to your credit card.
4. Get 3 friends and receive a refund of $25.00.
RULES:
The referral has to sign up with your unique referral link. You cannot email us "after the fact for credit" saying "I referred someone and ask for them to be added to your total.
The RunSignup system automatically keeps track and issues the refunds. Contact info@adinaoneill.com if you believe a refund was missed.
