Description

We are pleased to announce the 4th Annual Run for Ryan 5k & 1 Mile Walk, from which all proceeds will benefit the RD26 Foundation.  Ryan was a runner, varsity baseball player, and a varsity football player at Minnechaug Regional High School in Wilbraham, MA.  When he was a junior in high school, he was diagnosed with osteosarcoma and lost his two year battle with the disease on June 16, 2019.  To honor Ryan and the amazing athlete and person he was, the RD26 Foundation was formed.

The RD26 Foundation has been formed to honor the memory of Ryan Doyle by helping others. The goal of the foundation is to assist programs and individuals to improve and positively impact lives in Ryan’s memory. The foundation will focus on helping families with children battling cancer. The foundation will also award annual scholarships to those who demonstrate kindness, strength of character, and concern for others. Ryan lived with a passion for life, family, friends, sports, and fun and the foundation will support programs and people who share these values.
