We are excited to announce we have permission to hold the remaining races (starting in August) in person! We will still offer a virtual option for those who are unable to attend in person -or- are not comfortable attending an in-person race. We will reach out to all current virtual registrants regarding the option to transfer their virtual registration to the in-person event.
We are now in our sixth year and look forward to bringing nine city-wide 5K events taking place April through December. Sign up to enjoy one (or all) of our races. Runners and walkers alike will enjoy the fresh air, fitness, and fun.
Each run is only $5!
T-shirts are available for purchase for an additional $15 (shirts are now sold out).
**Sign up for the entire series of nine 5Ks for $40 ($5 savings).
*There are no refunds of entry given for this event.

Sign Up to Participate
First step is registering and making it official! Click register now at the top of this page to sign up for the individual race or all 9 races in the series. During registration you can also opt-in to report your race results via text or email (we’ll explain more below).
Receive A Race T-Shirt
During the registration process you will have the opportunity to buy a race themed t-shirt for only $15. We will provide more details soon about how we will get you your race t-shirt.
Print Your Digital Bib
We will be creating a "unique" race themed Digital Bib that you will be able to download and print and/or share on social media. Keep an eye out for pre-race email that will give instructions on how to access your "digital bib".
Sign Up for RaceJoy
To add to the virtual fun, we are also using the RaceJoy platform to offer a new way to run your virtual race! Learn more and download the app here! You'll be able to send cheers to other participants, get custom mile alerts and fun messages during your run, and automatically upload your results to RunSignup.
Run Your Race
You can run or walk your 5K (3.1 miles) anytime between October 29th and October 31st (11:59PM ET). You can run anywhere you like - your neighborhood, your favorite trail, your treadmill, or your local city park.
After you run or walk your race you can submit their results through text or email (if opted in during the registration process), or directly on the runsignup.com results page. If you have questions about submitting results don't hesitate to reach out to us at email@example.com. Results automatically update as times are submitted, so you can check the results to see how you stack up against the competition.
Send Us a Selfie/Share Your Pictures!
If you don’t take a picture did it even happen? We’d love to see your pre- and post-race pictures! You can post them during the result reporting process or directly to the RunSignup photo page.

COVID-19 Health Security Plan: Creating a safe experience at the Family Fun Day 5K - BCRP $5 5K Series powered by Charm City Run is our top priority!
Safety of participants, volunteers, sponsors and staff is of utmost importance to Charm City Run. We are committed to following all local, state, national and CDC guidelines at the Zombie Zoom 5K - BCRP $5 5K Series powered by Charm City Run. As of July 25th, the State of Emergency has been lifted in Maryland, and Baltimore City has removed capacity and masking guidelines. Based on this information, we anticipate the event will look much like it did "pre-COVID" with a mass start, pre- and post-race activities, and no masking requirements. Should health metrics or guidance from the City, State, or Federal Government change, we will update our procedures and provide clear and continuous communication via email and website updates on the strategies we’ll use to keep everyone safe. Any questions? Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
