We have all of the approval necessary to move forward with the Bel Air Town Run on Sunday, August 9th at 8:00AM. As may be expected the race will look very different than it has in the past. Click here for the entire breakdown of the event logistics to better understand the plans for this year's event and how we will be maintaining a safe and exciting atmosphere for everyone to race in. The key takeaways to know prior to registering for the event are as follows. We are limited to 550 participants for the 2020 event that will be going off in waves of 25 every minute. During the process you will have the opportunity to sign up for a preferred wave as positions remain available. The first 4 waves have a time based element and we reserve the ability to move people in or out of them as needed.
Thank you for your support of the Bel Air Town Run, Harford County Running Club, and its scholarship funds that this event continues to fund.

This is a downhill point to point course. That description can be deceiving when you are running the course. Take a look at the course map graphic on the web page. Look at Race Information and select Course. The graphic map shows the hills. The course is on paved streets. Once off Main St. this is a residential area. Only the section of Main St. and Lee Way are closed to traffic. There are police officers at major intersections. There are course marshals at almost all intersections. The course is marked with white chalk on the road. Runners are responsible for knowing the course.
