Taking place the morning after Red Carpet Night DC, this community trail run continues the spirit of PAMOJA Weekend — unity, culture, wellness, and purpose. Red Carpet Night DC celebrates young professionals, creatives, and diaspora leaders through a formal gala experience, while the Park & Run Trail Run brings the community together through movement, nature, and connection.

This event welcomes runners, walkers, families, students, young professionals, and community members of all fitness levels. Rooted in the Kenyan running spirit, the trail run promotes physical activity, mental health awareness, cultural pride, youth empowerment, and community wellness.

Come run, walk, connect, and close the PAMOJA Weekend with purpose.

The registration fee helps cover the participant event T-shirt and finisher medal. Please note that this trail run will not be chip timed. The event will be hand timed using a stopwatch, with the focus on community, wellness, connection, and celebrating the PAMOJA spirit.
