The Matzohball 5k and Howard County Family Wellness Day are bringing our community together to make wellness a priority! Howard County Family Wellness Day kicks off with our opening ceremony at 8:30am followed by the start of the 19th Annual Matzohball 5k & 1 mile fun run/walk. The run will wind around the lake at picturesque Centennial Park in Ellicott City MD. Spend the day celebrating Dad this Father's Day and making wellness a priority in your family! - Packet Pick-Up will be at Feet First from 10am to 1pm on Saturday, June 3rd

Awards immediately following the 5K.
Awards: 5K awards will include top overall male and female, and the top three in each age group. Age groups are as follows: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Event Rules: Runners must obey all race official instructions. Runners must follow the course as indicated by signage, cones, and course officials. No deviation will be allowed before, during, or after the race. Bibs must be worn on the front of your body at all times.
