Along the way, you will be inspired by picturesque views of Frederick’s natural beauty… flowers, birds, trees, more trees, weird-shaped rocks, wild animals eating smaller wild animals. You know, nature stuff.
Award categories to be announced
All entrants in the 10K and the .10K receive one beer, t-shirt, finishers medal and an oyster shooter during the .10K. The 10K is chip timed. All spectators (spectator ticket needed) will receive one beer.

The Oyster Recovery Partnership is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that designs and implements sustainable oyster restoration, aquaculture and commercial fishery activities to improve the environment and expand economic opportunities in the Chesapeake Bay. Over the past two decades, ORP has planted nearly 8 billion oysters on 2,460 underwater acres throughout Maryland.
Help them continue this important work by making a donation – $1 plants as many as 100 oysters! If one adult oyster can filter 50 gallons of water per day, imagine the impact of thousands! https://oysterrecovery.org/donate/
