Limited packet pick-up will occur on race day from 6:00am - 7:30am.

*Packet Pickup locations and times are subject to change. Final Packet Pickup information will be sent in pre-race emails.

BIB MAILING OPTION:

If you are participating in the in-person race and can not make it to packet pickup, or if you simply prefer having the convenience, you may choose to have your race bib and shirt mailed to you. The fee for the bib mailing service is $33.80 per registrant. The bib mailing option will close on September 1st at 11:59 pm. Virtual participants can pick-up at any of the above pick-up sessions or will have their race packet mailed to them automatically at no additional charge. If you sign up for the virtual race after September 1st and select the bib mailing option, your packet will be mailed post race.

Please note: If you select the bib mailing option you cannot defer your entry to the following year after the bib mailing cutoff date of September 1st.

BEER BRACELET:

Each registrant (21 years of age and older) receives one complimentary beer at the post-race party. We also offer a beer bracelet as an add-on during registration which entitles the wearer to bottomless beverages at the post-race party. The bracelet costs $23.20. Please do not select this option if under 21 years of age. Bracelets are non-transferable, and Charm City Run reserves the right to deny service to anyone who appears intoxicated or cannot produce photo ID when requested.

*Courses are subject to change and may not be USATF Certified.

Note: Half Marathon and 10K have a course limit that corresponds to a 14:00/mile pace.

AWARDS:

Awards will be given for the in-person Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K as follows:

Top three overall males and females (based on gun time)
Top male and female masters (based on gun time)
Top three nonbinary finishers (based on gun time)
Top three males and females in the following age groups (based on chip time): 14 and under; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80 and over.

There is NO double dipping! Awards will be presented at the post-race party, so be sure to check your results on RunSignup and stick around if you’ve earned an award! There are no awards given for the virtual races.

The primary beneficiary of the ASICS Susquehanna River Running Festival presented by University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health is The Albert Cesky Scholarship Fund (ACSF). ACSF is an all volunteer, 501(c)3 organization established in 1985 and based in Harford County, MD. Each year, ACSF awards scholarships to Harford County high school seniors who excel in both athletics and academics, and who best demonstrate the values reflected in the life of Al Cesky.
