In celebration of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), we are turning advocacy into action. At APSE, our mission is clear: we believe that all people with disabilities have the right to Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE). Employment isn’t just a paycheck—it’s a cornerstone of civil rights, community inclusion, and equity.

Because this event is 100% virtual, you can run, walk, or roll a 5K, 10K, Half, or Full Marathon at your own pace, anywhere in the country, at any time throughout the entire month of October. Whether you are hitting the treadmill, your favorite local trail, or organizing a meetup with your state APSE chapter, every mile you log helps us cross the finish line for Employment First.
